WHY FAMILIES ARE FILING NOW
The window is unusually open.
Rural and high-unemployment set-aside categories currently hold reserved visas, with materially shorter waits for most nationalities, including historically backlogged ones.
Applicants already in the U.S. can file for adjustment of status alongside their EB-5 petition, living, working and studying in America while it processes.
The minimum rose from $500k to $800k in 2022, and future rulemaking can raise it again. A filing locks in today's requirement.

We shortlist only projects with completed repayment history, senior-secured loan structures and job creation well above the USCIS minimum, and we put the risk analysis of every project in writing before you commit a dollar. Most projects we recommend include refund provisions if your petition is denied, a clause we have never once needed to invoke.

Could I lose my money?
EB-5 capital must legally be at risk, so no honest adviser says "no." What we can say: we shortlist only projects with completed repayment history and senior-secured structures, and we hand you each project’s risk analysis and protections in writing, before you commit.
What happens if my petition is denied?
We have never had a denial since 2015. Even so, most projects we recommend carry a refund provision if USCIS denies your I-526E petition, and your capital is returned under the project's terms.
How long until we hold Green Cards?
It depends on nationality and strategy. Set-aside categories are currently uncrowded, and applicants already in the U.S. may file concurrently, living and working in America while the petition processes. We map your exact timeline in the consultation.
Do I have to run a business in the U.S.?
No. The Regional Center route is fully passive: professional teams operate the project. You are an investor, not an operator.
Where can the investment funds come from?
Any lawful source (business income, property sales, gifts, inheritance), provided it is documented. Source-of-funds preparation is one of the most valuable things we do for you.
